"I was thinking of moving my multiple insurance policies to Carol Millsap insurance. Even though she may be a little more expensive it is good service and back-up that matters. Both my daughter and niece used her agency. Notice the past tense?

Recently my niece was rear-ended in a collision. I watched as first Carol was out of town and unavailable that week and then the adjuster deciding that my niece was at fault. They said she was at fault even though she had come to a full stop and looked both ways before entering the intersection and the impact was on her rear fender. She was hit on the rear fender hard enough to send her car spinning through the intersection and through first a fence then a yard and into the house.

When Carol's agency was asked if the speed of the other car had been verified and had the phone records been checked to see if the driver had been distracted by that; Ms Millsap did not think it would be relevant information.To check if the other driver had been speeding or on the phone is definitely relevant as to fault. In my book it is worse than no help at all, to avoid evidence that pertains to the outcome. Needless to say I will not be moving to the Carol Millsap Insurance agency, my daughter and niece will be moving their business elsewhere and whenever possible I will share this story."
